NOELLE CONNOR | MOT, OTR/L, HTC, CHT
Noelle received her Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison followed by her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She moved to the Central Coast to joint the Coastal Hand and Occupational Therapy team in 2012. After receiving her Hand Therapy Certification (HTC) in California in 2014, she pursued the nationally recognized Hand Therapy Certification and became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2018. Noelle has experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, mental health, and neurological rehabilitation. Noelle loves the challenge of treating complex upper extremity injuries, designing splints, and mentoring students. She also has a love for yoga and is a Certified Yoga Teacher and loves exploring California one hike at a time.

JEFF ARNOLD | MOT, OTR/L
Jeff is an Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. He is a native of the Central Coast. Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree from San JoseState in Childhood and Adolescent Development. He graduated from Emory and Henry School of Health Sciences with his Masters in Occupational Therapy. In 2020 he came home to the Central Coast and joined the Coastal Hand Therapy team. In addition to hand therapy he has experience in treating pediatric patients, neurological conditions, and acute care patients. In his time away from the clinic he does wood working and keeps a vegetable garden. He is grateful to have the opportunity to serve his community here on the central coast by providing high quality care.

JESSICA PHAM | MOT, OTR/L, HTC
Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo followed by her Master of Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt University. She returned home to the Central Coast following completion of graduate school field work in the Bay Area. Jessica has experience in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation. She enjoys helping patients return to the activities of daily life that are most important to them. When she is not at work, she likes to spend time with her family and dog.

Ashleigh Urton | COTA
Ashleigh received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University then attended the occupational therapy assistant program at Santa Ana College. She grew up in the Santa Ynez Valley and returned to raise the next generation of SY Pirates. Ashleigh initially joined the team in 2019, took a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful girls, and rejoined the team in 2024. In addition to hand therapy, she has experience in orthopedic, geriatric, and neurological rehab. Ashleigh is an avid reader who enjoys making it through her back log of both fiction and nonfiction titles.

Adrian Cisneros | MOT, OTR/L
Adrian is an Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Adrian received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University Los Angeles. Adrian graduated from West Coast University with a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Adrian's hobbies include soccer, working out, and taking care of his new puppy Toby. Adrian has tremendous compassion for his patients and consistently strives to ensure their well-being.

Leslie Huitron-Rocha | MOT, OTR/L
Leslie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from California State University, Fresno, followed by her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She was born and raised in Santa Maria and joined the Coastal Hand Therapy team in 2024. Leslie enjoys seeing her patients' growth throughout their therapy sessions and helping them reconnect with the activities they love. In her free time, Leslie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching the 49ers, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
